This document explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data under National Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guidelines issued by Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data we collect
We only collect the information required to operate the platform and respond to your enquiries: first and last name, email address, phone number, the messages you send us through forms, as well as non-identifying technical information (device type, browser, IP address and pages visited) provided by cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to manage your enquiry, share information about available projects when you expressly authorise us to do so, comply with tax and regulatory obligations and improve site experience and security. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties outside the operation.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your free, informed and express consent (art. 5 Law 25,326), the performance of agreements you enter into with us, applicable legal obligations and our legitimate interest in guaranteeing platform security.
4. Who we share your information with
We may share information with technology providers acting under strict confidentiality agreements (hosting, messaging, analytics), our external auditors and competent authorities upon formal legal request. International providers operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent certifications.
5. Your ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion at any time, free of charge and at intervals no shorter than six months, by writing to privacidad@pazvrol.com.ar. The AAIP is the competent supervisory authority for queries or complaints regarding the processing of personal data.
6. Retention periods
We retain your data only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes and to comply with tax and regulatory obligations (a minimum of five years, in accordance with Argentine tax law).
7. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access controls, periodic reviews, redundant backups and event auditing. No measure is infallible; in the event of a material incident, we notify the affected data subjects and the AAIP.
8. Minors
The platform is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect operational improvements or regulatory changes. We will publish the date of the last update and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
